Review to win
- Q1 Resort & Spa will award a winner a two (2) night stay in a One Bedroom Spa Apartment for a maximum of two guests. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Flights and transfers not included.
- Prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, is non-transferable and is valid for travel for 12 months from date of issue. Bookings are subject to availability and exclusion dates apply. Travel not available during Queensland or New South Wales school holidays, public holiday long weekends, Schoolies Weeks and GC600 weekend, and any other special events as deemed by Q1 Resort & Spa.
- How to enter:
- Post a review on TripAdvisor for Q1 Resort & Spa.
- One entry per person. Multiple reviews do not give you multiple entries.
- Competition only open to guests who have stayed at Q1 Resort & Spa.
- Q1 Resort & Spa encourages all guests to review their stay, whether a positive or otherwise. All reviews are eligible to win the prize.
- Winner will be selected at random from among eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email.
- Winners are drawn four times a year, being January, April, July & October. Reviews must have been posted within the prior 3 months to the draw date, ending of the last day of the month prior. The draw will take place in the first week of every month.
- The winner will be contacted via their TripAdvisor profile and will be contacted a maximum of three (3) times over three (3) weeks. The winner has 28 days from the draw date and first email contact to contact Q1 Resort & Spa to collect their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize is surrendered and no redraw will take place.
- Winner will be emailed a gift voucher for redemption with instructions on how to book.
- Once confirmed, bookings are subject to Q1 Resort & Spa’s standard booking policy. Upgrades and extensions subject to availability and will be subject to standard pricing.
- Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Q1 Resort & Spa and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked.
- Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to Q1 Resort & Spa to use a winner’s name for any promotional, advertising, or Internet usage without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
- By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Q1 Resort & Spa and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees and assigns, from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, and/or liability arising from or out of the use or non-use of the Prize.
- Q1 Resort & Spa reserve the right to change the Contest Official Rules or terminate the Contest without notice. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering or unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest), Q1 Resort & Spa reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
- Q1 Resort & Spa shall not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of Prize.
