If you are a Q1 apartment owner or an investor looking to purchase a property within Q1 our Owner Services Team will be able to assist you.  We offer personalised service and are your:

  • Central point of Contact for Q1 Management holiday & Permanent letting pool owners.
  • Direct point contact for investment information about holiday & permanent letting investors.
  • Point of contact for Q1 apartment owners on general caretaking matters. However Body Corporate matters should be directed to the strata managers, Bright & Duggan on 5532 1900.

Meet our Owner Services Team

Owner Services Manager:

Pina Pomery  left an extensive Real Estate career spanning 18 years to join Q1 in 2019. Pina works closely with all departments at Q1 to ensure that Q1 Management is looking after the Investment Owners properties as if they were her own. This Enables the presentation to be at its peak at all times helping to maintain the value for their investors and satisfactions for their Guests. Owner Services Officer:

Felicity Harman has worked within our administration team in Owner Services at Q1 for over 10 years. Felicity has an extensive administration and Real Estate background. Hayley Boderick has joined our owner services team as of April 2023. Hayley has 8 years of experience in operations within the hospitality industry ranging from behind the scene administrative roles to front facing guest relations. Hayley assists with our apartment projects and maintenance upkeep within the apartment.
