If you are a Q1 apartment owner or an investor looking to purchase a property within Q1 our Owner Services Team will be able to assist you.  We offer personalised service and are your:

  • Central point of Contact for Q1 Management holiday & Permanent letting pool owners.
  • Direct point contact for investment information about holiday & permanent letting investors.
  • Point of contact for Q1 apartment owners on general caretaking matters. However Body Corporate matters should be directed to the strata managers, Strata Influence.

Meet our Owner Services Team

Owner Services Manager:

Tanya Stevenson has been in position of Owners Service Manager at Q1 since 2012 and has more than 18 years experience in Strata properties. Tanya works closely with all departments at Q1 to ensure that Q1 Management is looking after investment owners properties as if they were our own. Owner Services Refurbishment co-ordinator:

Debbi DesJardins commenced working with our Owner Services team in June 2019. Debbi has an extensive administration background and joins our team after more than 5 years as the Interior Designer with a local business who specialises in strata property resort upgrades. Debbi looks after our apartment refurbishment program and assists with day to day operations of the Owner Services Team. Debbi’s excellent refurbishment knowledge & skills allows Q1 Management to provide letting pool owners with a unique service of internal refurbishment works with commercial furniture products at very competitive prices that few management companies can provide. Owner Services Officer:

Felicity Harman has worked within our administration area & Owner Services team at Q1 for over 9 years. Felicity has extensive administration & Real Estate background. Working part-time in the office Felicity looks after all general matters including key/fob orders and is our main point of contact for maintenance items within the apartments that we manage in our letting pool. Owner Services Officer:

Pina Pomery left real estate property management to join the Owner Services Team in February 2020. Pina is an “all-rounder” in our Owner Services Team, assisting with general day to day duties focusing on apartments in our holiday letting pool, including agreement paperwork, maintenance items, project works and assisting with our refurbishment program. Business Development Manager

Di Frawley is one of the family members who own Q1 Management Pty Ltd, who have been the on-site managers at Q1 since December 2011. Di wants to be hands on in the business to ensure that owners are happy. Di specialises in providing investor information about our holiday letting services.
