Q1 Resort & Spa’s® Three Bedroom Apartments are the pinnacle in Surfers Paradise holiday apartments. Offering an enormous 200 square metres of living space. Each apartment’s spacious interior includes a designer kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, generous dining area and large living space.
Q1’s Three Bedroom Apartments offer a fantastic Gold Coast family accommodation option. Each apartment has a complete laundry including washing machine and dryer – great for those long days spent at the beach or theme parks.
The Three Bedroom Apartments feature two full bathrooms, including the master ensuite with private spa bath. All apartments feature a unique glass enclosed balcony with the option to book a Three Bedroom Spa Apartment with city and hinterland views, or a Three Bedroom Ocean Spa Apartment with city, ocean and beach views.
Resort facilities include 2 oversized lagoon swimming pools, an indoor heated lap pool, male & female steam & sauna rooms, gymnasium, BBQ areas & Theatre. Restaurants and retail precinct.

Our apartments are not available for rent for Bucks or Hens groups and Parties or Large Gatherings cannot be held in the apartments. We are a residential resort property and nearby residents will complain immediately after a party starts and we will have no option than to evict all persons in the apartment including the paying guests. Strict security and eviction procedures are in place. Requests for 2 or more apartments on the same level cannot be considered, we apologise in advance We do not hold licences to allow Weddings and we do not accept Schoolies.
