Check-in at Q1 Resort & Spa begins from 2:00 PM, allowing guests ample time to settle in and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are encouraged to contact the resort in advance if they require an early check-in.
Check-out time is until 10:00 AM, ensuring that rooms are prepared for incoming guests. Late check-out requests can be made at reception but are not guaranteed. Guests who require a later departure may also take advantage of the resort’s facilities after check-out while they wait for their onward travel arrangements.
Q1 Resort & Spa provides complimentary secure underground parking for all in-house guests. One car space is allocated per One and Two Bedroom apartment, while guests staying in Three & Four Bedroom apartments receive two spaces. This ensures convenience and security for those travelling with personal vehicles.
Additional parking spaces are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Guests with oversized vehicles should contact reception for further guidance on alternative parking options. The car park has a height restriction, so larger vehicles, such as campervans or trailers, may not fit within the designated spaces.
Guests can enjoy a unique SkyPoint full hot & cold buffet breakfast experience, located on Level 77 of the resort. SkyPoint Breakfast operates from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, seven days a week. Offering panoramic views of the Gold Coast, this is a popular option for guests looking to start their day with a stunning backdrop and a delicious meal. Discounted breakfast vouchers can be purchased at reception.
For those who prefer a traditional Hotel style buffet breakfast, Q1 Resort & Spa offers access to the VOCO Hotel Breakfast Buffet. Located nearby, this venue serves a variety of hot and cold breakfast options for just $30 per person daily. Guests looking for more flexibility can also explore nearby cafés and restaurants that offer a range of breakfast choices within walking distance of the resort.
Q1 Resort & Spa offers free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival for most bookings. Guests who cancel within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of their booking deposit as a cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after check-in will result in the loss of 100% of the total booking value. To avoid penalties, guests are encouraged to review their travel plans carefully before finalising their reservation.
For bookings in the Presidential Penthouse, different cancellation terms may apply. Guests booking this exclusive accommodation should refer to their confirmation letter or contact the resort directly to understand the specific cancellation terms. Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen changes that may affect travel plans.
