Couples will feel on top of the world when they celebrate their wedding at Q1 Resort & Spa, one of the world’s tallest residential buildings. The iconic resort, situated in southern Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, is a popular place for newlyweds to tie the knot and honeymoon.
The elegant Grand Ballroom on level 2 is capable of holding 230 for a sit-down event or 400 people for a cocktail reception and can also be transformed into three smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings.
The private terrace is available for a ceremony or pre-reception cocktail party and is the ideal place for guests to mingle. The Bridal Party can access the fabulous Surfers Paradise Beach directly in front of Q1 Resort for their wedding day photographs, and our catering team can deliver champagne in flutes onto the sand to enhance the mood.
Q1 Resort & Spa offers luxury one, two and three bedroom suites with magnificent ocean and hinterland views.
The resort boasts a number of health and recreational facilities including Q1 day spa, two lagoon swimming pools and an indoor heated lap – pool, gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms, BBQ facilities, private in house cinema and children’s game’s room.
Bride and Groom including their guests can enjoy a selection of unique spa treatment prior or after the wedding.
“I just wanted to quickly say THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you did for us for our wedding. Everything ran perfectly and everyone was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the room was and how yummy and of such high quality the food and alcohol was. We could not have asked for better for our wedding reception and accommodation. We are very happy.” – Q1 Grand Ballroom August 2012
Please note that Q1 Resort & Spa manages wedding, conference & event enquiries for the level 2 Grand Ballroom only. Any enquiries for SkyPoint Observation Deck, level 77 & 78 of the Q1 building, must be directed to SkyPoint themselves, as they are a privately operating business, separate from Q1 Resort & Spa.
